Our unique commercial model
- We put our money where our mouth is. We charge 50% of the savings we generate for our clients during the 'relevant period' (usually the first year following delivery of our results).
- Our services are therefore fully self-financing and do not need a budget in the way that most investment does. Hence, our interests and our client's interests are perfectly aligned. We succeed and grow together.
- Half of our fee is payable on initial delivery of results; the balance is payable over the 'relevant period' (usually the following 12 months). In this way we spread the cost of our assignment over the period during which our work proeduces measurable cost reductions.
- Our contracts clearly defines savings. This prevents the kinds of disagreement or confusion over billing that clients encounter with other supply chain consultancies.
- We base our calculation of savings on the client's actual expenditure in the previous 12 months, adjusted to take into account any known factors not related to the assignment that would otherwise have affected that expenditure.
- We support all invoices with detailed and clearly set-out calculations identifying the savings that we have generated, with empircal, data-driven measurement.
